Underground positioning uses local radio infrastructure and mapped reference point. Satellite GPS supports surface applications but does not give ordinary underground coverage.

Integration & ongoing support
Compatibility with the mine’s platform, accuracy, update intervals, coverage limits, maintenance and spares are defined in the proposal. Each function is specified and tested separately.
Specialist system delivery requires a confirmed OEM or competent technology partner, the mine’s technical acceptance and an agreed support arrangement.
